Refund & cancellation policy

What you are buying

Aestia sells single digital images. A ₹10 purchase removes the watermark from an image you have already generated and previewed. A ₹20 purchase renders that image again on a larger model. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Because you see it first

You preview every image, watermarked, before you pay. Payment releases the file you have already looked at — so a purchase is not a gamble on an unseen result, and completed purchases are generally not refundable.

When we do refund

We refund in full, without argument, when:

• payment succeeded but no file was delivered;
• the delivered file is corrupt, blank, or not the image you previewed;
• you were charged more than once for the same image.

How to ask

Write to support@aestia.art within 7 days with the time of the purchase and your payment reference. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, which is the processor's timeline rather than ours.

Cancellation

Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Aestia at any time, and clearing your browser data removes every image we ever held for you.
